Care built on relationships, trust and belonging
We're a children's residential care provider based in South Wales, dedicated to giving every young person a safe home and a genuine chance at a bright future.
Why we do what we do
Aaura Care was founded on a simple belief: every young person deserves a home where they feel safe, valued and understood — not just accommodated. We work with local authorities, social workers and families across South Wales to provide solo residential placements for young people aged 7–17, many of whom have experienced trauma or instability earlier in their lives.
Our homes are small, warm and homely by design. A solo placement model means each young person gets consistent, individual attention from a dedicated staff team — building the kind of trusting relationships that make lasting change possible.
The values behind every placement
These principles shape how our teams show up for young people, every single day.

The people behind Aaura Care
Our staff are carefully selected for their resilience, warmth and genuine commitment to young people — not just their qualifications. Every team member completes safer recruitment checks, trauma-informed training and ongoing supervision, so every home is led by people who know how to build trust and hold steady, even on the hard days.
We invest in our people because we know that consistency and quality of relationship is what changes outcomes for young people.
