We support young people with a range of needs, including those who have experienced trauma, instability or complex family circumstances โ€” always through a relationship-first, trauma-informed lens.

How It Works

Our referral & assessment process

1

Enquiry

A social worker or local authority gets in touch with details of the young person and placement needs.

2

Assessment

We review the referral against our homes and staff team to ensure we can safely meet the young person's needs.

3

Placement Planning

We build an individual care and support plan, ready before the young person moves in.

4

Move-In & Ongoing Support

The young person moves into their new home, with 24/7 support and regular reviews from day one.
